Intermittent Mada transaction failure detected from KSA issuer

Resolved - The reported issue has been resolved in which customers may have experienced an Intermittent failure for Mada transactions from KSA issuers (Alrajhi Bank, Saudi National Bank, INMA Bank, Riyad Bank, STC Pay) between 09:35 - 11:55 UTC, 14 May 2024.

The service has been restored and working as expected.

Merchant API Issues Resolved

Resolved - Dear partners,
After the maintenance works some cancelled payments could not change status to EXPIRED and Webhooks with the expired statuses were not sent to the partners. We will update the statuses and push the missing Webhooks for all affected payments within the next couple of hours
